Based on our state-of-the-art manufacturing process, the odds of having a problem with a new GAF roof are minuscule. On the other hand, while serious problems with GAF roofing materials are rare if you were to have a problem, it can be as expensive to fix as your roof originally cost. So while the risk of having a problem is low, the cost if you do have a serious problem can be high, this is where our warranty comes in to save you Headaches and Money.
How Much Is The Deposit On Work Scheduled?
We expect you should know how much up-front money we require before beginning work, this is both for your own budget requirements and to ensure that there is good faith money on the table. We don’t expect you to pay for the entire cost before work begins nor should any other contractor.
How Long Does a Roof Replacement take?
Typically we can get most roof replacements completed in one day, if we feel your roof will take longer than one day we will let you know when you schedule.
When Will My Materials Be Delivered?
We arrange your materials to come the same day as install or the day before.
When Does the Dumpster Arrive?
The dumpster comes the morning that we begin work. It is typically removed the next day.
How Do I Pick a Shingle or Siding Color?
We have all shingle colors and siding colors available to view in our showroom. Once you choose us to complete your work we can arrange a time for you to come view all the available options/colors!
